Accessed from the main A-road running through the town, this semi-detached property is part of a courtyard-type development of recently built, two-storey dwellings. It is serviced by two, dedicated, paved parking spaces, located some 20 metres from the small, railed and gravelled front garden of the dwelling. From its front gate a very short (1m long) gentle ramp leads up to the front door, which has a clear opening of 830mm.

Access to the gated rear garden from the parking area is along a 115cm wide, level, concreted path, running between the gable end of Tŷ Faenor and that of the adjoining property, Carreg Wen. This pathway continues around the rear perimeter of the property leading to the back door and adjoining storeroom. The remainder of the garden is a level, lawned area, which is sheltered and has a very sunny aspect. There is external lighting to the front door and rear garden, switched from the hallway and rear passageway respectively.

The ground floor of the dwelling consists of a large, open-plan area which includes a fitted kitchen and well lit sitting and dining areas. There is a separate study/bedroom opening off the hallway and a wetroom containing Mira shower, pedestal sink and lavatory is accessed from the kitchen via the utility room which adjoins the back door and garden access. The balustraded stair to the first floor consists of 12 x 8” risers, the last (top) three treads being winders.
