Despite it’s traditional cottage look and feel, Tŷ Faenor was built in 2000 and comes with all the trappings of modern living with quality fittings and fixtures throughout with gas central heating, double glazing and a gas powered ‘real flame’ stove.
The property is very well equipped with modern conveniences such as electric cooker & gas hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier, television, DVD player, stereo system & telephone (incoming calls only) as well as less conventional but often equally useful things for ‘Newport Pembs life’ such as an outdoor tap, hose and showerhead for washing sand from adventurous children or outdoor hooks for drying wetsuits.
The large cottage style kitchen/diner is well equipped whilst garden furniture and barbeque equipment are provided for those who wish to eat ‘al fresco’ in the enclosed garden.
There is usually a selection of communal beach toys, fishing tackle, boogie boards and portable chairs to be found in the shed for when the beach beckons, as well as an impressive collection of books, DVDs, board games and CDs to keep guests occupied when ‘at home’.
Tŷ Faenor is particularly well equipped for families with young children with facilities such as high chair, travel cot, potty, plastic plates, cups and bowls, toys, childrens DVDs and bunk beds. Furthermore, the enclosed rear garden has a lockable side gate and the house is set right back from the road which makes for a safe environment for children to play outside.
Clean bed linen is provided in Tŷ Faenor. Towels and tea towels are not provided. |
